As I sit here in an internet café watching a storm flood the streets of downtown Léon, I can't help but feel extremely blessed.

For the past week, my squad has been living in hostels dispersed throughout the city of Léon doing street ministry with our teams. During this week, my team has experienced God in so many spectrums. I see Him in the faces of the street children begging for money. I see Him in the street vendor women praising Jesus' name at 12:30AM as we sit with them and talk of the immense poverty among the nations through broken Spanish. I see Him in the faces of the countless homeless men who have opened their hearts to my team with their views of politics, the modern church, their current health conditions, and through their vulnerability in allowing us to lay hands on each one of these people in prayer.

These are all blessings from the Lord that He is allowing my team and I to see Him in so many new ways. And the more I press into what the Lord is trying to teach me in my personal walk with Him is my idenitiy in who HE has made ME to become. He has made me to become a woman of God. A woman who is BELOVED in His name, who is not afraid to make a fool of herself im order to glory the kingdom of God. A woman who is clothed in strength and dignity and who laughs without fear of her future, (Proverbs 31:25). I see that as my relationship with the Lord grows stronger each day, so does my ability to see Him in new ways and my ability to see what He has in store for the future. Something as simple as handing out a lollipop to a young woman on the street who has eyes filled with a deep sadness and telling her that Jesus loves her.

Thank you to all of you who have blessed me financially and continue to bless me through the power of prayer during this journey. You are blessing not only my life, but the lives of so many who are being affirmed and loved in the name of Christ!
